In exchange for the use of these services, the Platform applies a commission.

paid messages or videos

donations or gifts

The remaining 70% is paid to the member according to the terms defined by the Platform.

The Platform offers a paid option allowing members to increase the visibility of their profile.

does not guarantee income

does not guarantee a minimum number of views or sales

Pricing, duration, and renewal terms are detailed directly on the Platform.

 

🚫 6.3 Prohibition of circumvention

 

Users agree not to circumvent the Platform to avoid paying commissions.

Specifically, it is prohibited to:

redirect users to external payment methods to avoid fees

use WhatsApp or any other external means to finalize transactions initiated on the Platform

offer paid content outside of the integrated payment system

Any violation may result in:

account suspension or deletion

loss of generated income

additional measures depending on the severity

⚠️ 6.4 Tax Responsibilities

Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying their tax obligations related to income generated through the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to:

temporarily suspend payments in case of suspected fraud

publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content

impersonate another person

offer illegal services

distribute content that infringes on the rights of others

use the Platform for scams

Any violation may result in the suspension or deletion of the account.

Any violation of these rules may result in:

Immediate removal of content

Account suspension or deletion

Blocking of generated revenue

Additional measures depending on the severity of the offense

Any illegal posting will result in immediate account deletion.

10. Messaging and WhatsApp

 

 

The Platform allows:

exchanges via internal messaging

connections via WhatsApp
